She assures her customers that not only will they experience wonderful customer service from QAR, they can also be rest assured that they will have excellent communication from the office, when it comes to material drop, and roof production scheduling. Customers can have peace of mind that Erica only hires the most professional, trustworthy, and courteous estimators and roof installers, that will be representing QAR, when showing up to a customers home. Erica is a stickler for using only the best, top of the line roofing material products in the industry, and only using the manufacturers that she knows will back their warranty, speedily, on the product itself, should an issue arise. We make sure that our roof installers are trust worthy, professional, courteous, and clean, as well as knowledgeable in the most recent manufacturer guidelines, with product installation.
