Free Roof Inspections

When Quality Assurance Roofing gets involved with your roof top, you can be sure that we will accurately determine the right solution for your shingles, flat roof, etc. with a professional eye, and we also take over when it comes to dealing with insurance companies if you need a replacement. Our free roof inspection process is thorough and includes:

Roof damage assessment: When we come to your home, for free, our certified roofers will climb atop your home to scrutinize and search for wind and hail damage, which is commonly covered by most insurance companies. As we identify the damage, we’ll photograph it for claim purposes as well as explaining the extent and detail of the roof’s failures to you.

Roof insurance claim assessments: To claim or not to claim:

After we study the extent of your roof’s condition, we’ll determine if it’s necessary to file a claim with your insurance company. Note: The older your roof is, the more likely you’ll need a replacement.

Free roof inspections and hands-off claim filings:

After your free roof inspection, we’ll determine if the issue can be repaired without contacting the insurance company. We advise that if the cost of repair is under your deductible, there’s no point in filing a claim. However, if the damage is extensive i.e. there’s enough hail hits per square foot, we only ask you to file the claim with your insurance provider, and then we’ll take over the rest. We meet with the company at your home, show them our findings and ultimately make sure that you get the funds needed to cover repair or replacement.
